These terms apply to the Sadece Kur-ân iOS app (“App”) and informational pages on this domain. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. License and use
Apple grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App from the App Store. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized copying is prohibited.
2. Content and translation
The Elmalılı Hamdi Yazır Turkish translation and Qur’an layout in the App are provided for reading and personal use. Commercial redistribution, republication, or bulk distribution of the text is outside the scope of these terms and subject to applicable law.
3. Optional donations
Optional in-app donations (consumable purchases) are processed via Apple StoreKit. Payment, billing, and refunds follow Apple’s terms. Donations may unlock optional in-app thank-you items (e.g. themes) and do not constitute payment for core functionality.
4. Service and liability
The App is provided “as is.” We strive for accurate, reliable content but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or identical behaviour on every device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages is disclaimed.
5. Third parties
Apple: App Store distribution and in-app purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. We will refresh the “Last updated” date on this page and may provide notice in the App or on the site where appropriate.
